Over seven years working in the NATO Headquarters, formulating plans and operational requirements.  Worked with the United Nations in Somalia as Director of the Humanitarian Division. Extensive work with refugees, both in Somalia and in Northern Iraq.  Developed plans for complete restructuring of the Turkish military reserve system.                         

Five years experience in Training, Energy, Natural gas, Oil, and Agriculture, Defense, Security and Construction business as a consultant in different countries.
